This is the basic level of support for maintaining your system on a budget. It includes daily hassle free monitoring and backups. This service will maintain a healthy computer network and saves you money.

All machines are monitored continuously for

  • Uptime – unexpected disconnect from the network
  • Free Disk Space
  • CPU Usage – unexpected or protracted CPU loads
  • Memory usage – unexpected or excessive RAM usage
  • Windows System errors and alarms
  • Customer-defined events (for instance, a program fails to run)

All monitoring events are reported immediately for resolution

  • To the account technician on call via text messaging and email

Backup – local and remote

  • local backup of LAN data, preferably to a separate spindle and/or machine.
